The summary component in Write to Learn is great. It provides feedback on each section of the reading passage and on Grammar, Spelling, Copying, Repetition, and length.

The students are utilizing the Write to Learn program to compose articles that will be included in a newspaper designed in Microsoft Publisher. It is amazing how motivated the students are.
Keyboarding Focus

We are beginning the year with a focus on Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing. My philosophy is that if the students can’t type, they will not be able to utilize the equipment to its fullest potential.
